Yvonne started investing in real estate in 2004. After the financial crash, Yvonne briefly left the real estate industry to work in the corporate world before successfully re-entering real estate investing. Yvonne is a partner in the CV3REI division of NNG Capital Fund, and her experience ranges from ParaLegal, Short Sales, Foreclosure, Mortgage Notes, BPO processor, Realtor, Programmer, and Notary, to name a few.
Yvonne holds an AAS in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix.

About Yvonne Harper
Yvonne Harper Born in Newark NJ. Lived in the Weequahic section when they still had horses in the Park. Went to catholic school, Queen of Angels and lived in the Scudder Home Projects. My single mom moved us to Metuchen NJ. Culture shock, but gave me the ability to adapt to all people.
Currently, Oversees the Real Estate operations of the Company and key components of the real estate business.
Yvonne provides the analysis, due diligence, and recommendations for portfolio selections including but not limited to which properties will be purchased, managed, sold or rented.
Ms. Harper’s logical accountability steps, corporate experience, and 12 years of residential real estate expertise affords her the ability to bring clarity, and a harmonious direction for her
team to deliver the company’s vision. In her arsenal of experience she also managed the Trade Desk for NNG, that division sold, debted notes, over $20 million from 2011- 2014.
She holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences – Business Administration and Management and several computer programming certifications.
